WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Wed. March 9th, 2011

Working as an ICU nurse is no joke.  I had the pleasure of teaching Asunta in her first class, and her composure was amazing.  Focus, determination, and willingness to embrace the unknown with a calm demeanor–it all makes sense now.  Great to have her as a part of the Novato tribe.

The CrossFit Games site is live!  We encourage you all to join in the Open Sectionals workouts. It’s only $10 and you just need to register on the site as an individual competitor.  Then, you can go to the Find a Team button and look up TJ’s Gym San Rafael (if you work out in San Rafael with any regularity) and ask to join the team.  If you are solely a Novato athlete, don’t worry. We will be registering a Novato team later this week, and you’ll be able to register for that.  The workouts will be posted on Tuesdays, starting next week, and you’ll have till Sunday to do the workout each week. We will provide judges for you at a number of different times in San Rafael.  This is a great way to push yourself and be a part of something exciting!
