WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Thurs. Feb. 24th, 2011

Pedro is a new athlete all the way from the Bronx.  You have to respect places that aren’t a state or even a city.  When you just  name the borough they’re from, call me crazy, demands mad respect.  He’s a park police officer and has been in five days a week since he joined.  Most impressive.
