WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Mon. Feb. 21st, 2011

You want big news.  CrossFit HQ has officially announced who the Regional Director for the Northern California Regional CrossFit Qualifiers is going to be.

That would be our own Andy Boone.   Northern California is the Mecca of CrossFit.  CrossFit  was created by Greg Glassman and brought to life in Santa Cruz.  The history and longevity of CrossFit here in Northern California makes this Regional the one that everyone in the world will be watching.  This is another example of  TJ’s Gym jumping at another opportunity to support CrossFit Headquarters and all of the athletes from this region in their quest to qualify for the worldwide games in Carson.  Andy being tapped for this job by HQ proves what we all have known, that his charisma and influence extend far beyond what we see everyday.  Congratulations to Andy.  Get ready for a great show.

A huge thank you to Jen Thomas for this incredible video.

Congratulations to Jasha for the birth of his son Henry.  Baby and momma are doing great.

Congratulations to Heidi, Cory, Gilly and Bo who participated in the Courage Games this weekend.  You can read about their exploits on the dboard.
