WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Tues. Feb. 8th, 2011

A1. Seated Dumbbell/Kettlebell Press 31X1; 4-6 reps x 4 sets
A2. Strict Pull Up 21X0; 4-6 reps x 4 sets (if you get 6 reps then increase difficulty by adding weight, thinner band, less assistance on gravitron)
