8 Week Goal Meeting is happening right now!

TJ’s Kids tomorrow afternoon in SR.  4pm for all ages groups.  By coincidence there is a Metcon Moms and Dads class at the same time.  Weird , huh?  Remember, you’ve got to bring a kid to the kids class to take the grown ups class.


Skill/Technique – Dumbbell Power Snatch

15 Calorie Row
25 Barbell Squat Jumps (45/33)
50 Jumping Pull Ups
25 Wall Ball
50 Push Presses (45/33)
25 Knees to Elbows
50 Dumbell Power Snatch (alternate hands every 5 reps) 40/25
25 Walking Lunges (hold Dumbbell over your head)
15 Calorie Row

Out of town workout

10 minute single leg squat practice


4 rounds

10 Broad Jumps
15 Push Ups
30 seconds plank
