WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Tues. Feb. 1st, 2011

Eboni Banks got hit with walking pneumonia right after her protocols.  She almost sounded happy about, as if she were ok with not starting classes right away.  Hmmmm.  Then she showed up on the day she said she was going to, and she’s been an animal ever since.  She hit the baseline workout for the 8-week Change-Your-Life program on Sunday.  I am expecting huge changes for this woman.  Keep an eye on her.   It will be cool to see.

Tomorrow night at 7;30 in San Rafael we are having the 8-week information meeting.  Please bring your packet and questions.

Don’t forget about Toni’s stretch class at noon tomorrow.  $20 drop in.

Record Fastest and Slowest Set (get ready for some math, bring your own stopwatch if you want to make it easier)

Out of town workout

10 rounds

10 Burpees as fast as possible
Sprint 100 meters

Rest 1:30 minutes
