WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Fri. Jan. 28th, 2011

Mike Ruby just got back from a ridiculously long vacation.  Retirees and independently wealthy people don’t go on trips that long.  And you might have guessed it, re-entry was a bitch.

Registration for the 8 week event is closed!  If you didn’t get an email for your start time on Sunday please let us know.

There will be no Saturday class in Novato due to the CrossFit Level I Certification that we will be hosting.

A1. Alternating DB Russian Step Ups 18-20 reps; 4 sets
A2. AMRAP Dips (Rings/Bar/Bands); 4 sets
*rest as needed

4 Sets (1min per station)
DB Split Jerk (40/25)
Anchored Sit Up
