WOD for TJ’s Gym CrossFit San Rafael/Corte Madera/Novato Wed. Jan 25th, 2011

Kathy Kay is disappearing.  She took the plunge  a short time ago.  Something had to change and she knew it.  Went to a recommended nutritionist who showed her the best and worst foods for her, and then left it up to her.  She went through withdrawal of the bad food.  She had headaches and stomach aches, sleepness nights and drowsy days.  Then it all changed.  I see her once or twice a week and I was taken aback with how different she looked every time I saw her.  She hates running, yet she started coming in first during the runs.  She wants a pullup more than anything, all of a sudden she’s doing them.  I’m proud of her and everyone needs to hear about her.  I was going to bust out the original picture I have of her from when she first came in.  She’d kill me, but I can be bought.

Tomorrow there will be more details about the 8 week event on the discussion board.

A1. Clean Pull 3030; 3 reps x 5 sets
